PeaZip Portable 2.5

PeaZip Portable is the easy to use PeaZip file archiver packaged as a portable app, so you can take your file archiver with you and work with your compressed 7z, ZIP, GZIP, BZIP2, TAR, RAR files and more on the go.

What's New in version 2.5:

Release 2.5 continue the path of previous releases in enhancing the usability of PeaZip, both as archive manager and as general purpose file manager.

Application's context menu was reorganized, separated in 4 areas: archive creation, operations on existing archives, file related features and navigation (browse bookmarked files and folders, browse the filesystem, access recent archives and search functions).

It is now possible to open files (also archived) with up to 16 custom, user defined applications or scripts; by default PeaZip will try to identify most common editors, players and antivirus scanners to be integrated in "Open with..." menu.

The application can now be minimized to tray icon, in order to be active in background and available for any task; extended characters in archived file names can now be alternatively displayed or replaced by "?" jolly character (to avoid possible issues between archive's and system's character encodings), and finally PeaZip help was made available offline, bundled with the application.
On Linux systems, integration with Gnome desktop environment was improved providing Nautilus scripts to access most common program's functions.
